Select the Upload Logo button during checkout or via your account dashboard.
Choose your logo file and tell us where you want it placed (chest, back, sleeve, etc.).
Submit your order and we’ll send a proof for your approval before printing or embroidery begins.
To get the best results, here are our preferred formats:
Use vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) when possible — they scale without losing clarity.
If you don’t have a vector, send high-resolution bitmaps (PSD, TIF, high-res JPG) with clean edges.
Avoid saving bitmap formats inside vector formats — it still behaves like a bitmap and lowers quality.
Ensure your files are high resolution (300 DPI or more) so embroidery or print comes out sharp.
Transparent backgrounds (PNG, EPS, etc.) help us avoid unwanted borders or backgrounds.
If your artwork isn’t suitable (low resolution, wrong format, etc.), we offer a redraw service for a fee.
Any changes to logo design or placement must be confirmed in writing before production.
When you upload your logo in the right format, you set the stage for a smooth and professional ordering process. High-quality files not only save time but also guarantee that your branding looks its best.
Submitting clean, high-resolution logo files means:
Faster turnaround — no delays caused by checking or correcting artwork.
No extra charges — you avoid redraw fees or unexpected costs.
Better results — embroidery stays sharp, prints look crisp, and your branding stands out.
In short, the better the file you upload, the better your finished work will look. This ensures your team represents your brand with confidence, professionalism, and consistency.
