You place your order and upload your logo artwork. Our in-house digitising team converts your artwork into embroidery-ready format as part of the £9.99 setup. Once approved, your garments are embroidered and dispatched within 5–10 working days. We store your artwork for all future orders.
We accept all common file formats including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG. Our team will advise if a higher-resolution version is needed for the best embroidery result. If your logo only exists in a low-resolution format, we can work with it — just contact us before ordering.
